A Psychological or trauma diagnosis about you is not meant to be a final verdict. A psychological term that depicts you is not a final verdict. They are simply a structure for wisdom. Let me explain. When you run a medical checkup and the results tell you that you have malaria, that’s a diagnosis. The doctor will prescribe drugs for you to deal with the issue. When you follow the prescription and run a test again, typically, you’d be malaria-free.

Get professional help on elmaf where you have access to variety of trusted experts within the family life profession. If you have a trauma diagnosis, it’s not the end for you, you can heal and lead your life again.

This same thing applies to when your counseling therapist or Coach, hands you a trauma diagnosis or tells you what may be going on with you psychologically. It is not a final verdict. It’s only information that will help you know what you need to do next about your condition.

Telling you you have trauma is like a diagnosis. It can be treated. You only receive knowledge so that you can do what is needed to fix it. It’s not a final verdict. When we(counselors) tell you about these terms or trauma diagnosis, we want to help you understand yourself better, we want you to understand your self-sabotaging habits, the systems that are working against you, and how you can deal with them effectively.

For example, knowing your temperament can help you identify your strengths and weaknesses, what to harness, and what to improve on. When you take a test and find you’re phlegmatic, wisdom will make you study your strengths and work on your weaknesses. As you do that, you’ll develop a spirit-filled temperament where you are not identified by your weaknesses again.

This assignment counseling therapists carry out is vital because people are destroyed by a lack of knowledge. There are many things you are praying about that God is answering by bringing you the right information. Many problems that people face are a result of a lack of knowledge and wisdom. I pray that when God answers your prayer and brings you knowledge and wisdom, you won’t discard or disdain it. May you be wise enough to embrace knowledge and by wisdom, apply it appropriately in your life.
