Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Payments
All payments received from users shall be distributed to Elmaf and the expert. The expert takes 92.5 % while elmaf takes 7.5%. This percentage is subject to change as elmaf continues to exist. All payments will be made into the payment details provided by the expert on their profile account.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users who register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Experts have a link to their profile and product page on Elmaf.
Experts should encourage their clients to leave a service review on their profile page on Elmaf so that new users can see it.
To qualify all experts on Elmaf, all experts are advised to get verified by filling out the verification form and completing all the requirements.
All experts can put up more than one service or digital product.
All experts are advised to use a standard professional headshot as their profile picture. Poor image quality is not excellent.
Guiding Policies for Users
You can choose any expert you want on Elmaf and order their digital products or services.
The verified experts have shown proof that they are certified. Users are advised to seek their services more. An unverified expert may be certified however they have not submitted any proof to elmaf showing that they are certified.
Every user can leave a review of their experiences with an expert on elmaf. Users can also report any problems they have with the experts especially where the professional becomes unprofessional in their approach.
Elmaf does not certify experts. It’s simply a platform to connect users to experts.
In a case where an expert fails to render the service promised, a user should report the case to familylifetechnology@gmail.com and leave a review on the profile of the expert they used on Elmaf.
