We’d like to bring to your notice that we have a refund policy. We are have a service platform that helps you find experts you need for your individual, relationship, marriage or family life needs.
We have experts such as relationship coaches, marriage counselors, therapist, counselors, teen coaches, parent coaches, psychologists, physiotherapists, etc
In a case where a service is booked and paid for and the expert happens not to be available or didn’t show up for an appointment and didn’t communicate their absence, these are our refund policy
- Pass it on to another willing expert if the client is also willing to take another available expert.
- Refund money minus the charges which are not refundable. These are bank transfer charges and company charges. The remaining money minus these charges will be refunded back to the client.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your failed order. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that in the course of the refund, our payment system may deduct service charges.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
