- Over dressing: Most mothers are told to dress their baby up as if the weather is cold. All your baby needs is to stay warm and cozy. Over dressing your baby can make the baby overheat, sweat and have skin rashes. The best advice is to wear weather appropriate clothes for your baby.
- Not using fan or A: Yes you should avoid facing your fan to the baby directly however, if you are in a temperate zone, there’s nothing wrong with using a fan facing the wall or not facing your baby directly. You just need to ensure the atmosphere is well regulated. The atmosphere should not be cold nor hot for your baby. B
- Carrying your baby too much: You can never carry your baby too much. Instead, what you should do is to avoid too many hands on your baby especially in the first 3 months. Only few people should be allowed to carry your baby as your baby’s immune system is still developing.

- Bathing the baby a lot: You don’t need to bathe your baby too many times. They won’t have body odor. Your babies skin barrier is still developing. Bathing your baby too many times will affect their skin barrier and this will make them prone to skin issues like rashes. The reason why sebamed is considered a good soap is because it’s not very soapy. Why is it not very soapy? To protect your baby’s skin barrier. So your baby doesn’t need to washed thoroughly.
